Sometimes words lose their effectiveness because they get used so often. Sometimes words need to be redefined. “Leader” is one of those words. Today we recalibrate a familiar word so that it becomes a familiar designation for everyone. In the Kingdom of God, is leadership reserved for a select few who have proven themselves?
